I have selected Ivet to be my associate coach during my journey of Level A coaching certification with ALCN. Ivet has been supporting me through all the journey in a very structured way and by keeping the coaching values at all times. It was really amazing how she could understand me and how she could create a safe environment where i could really feel i can express myself.
As my coach she helped me to understand myself and find my bigger goal in life as well as activating my inner wisdom. As a client in our practice sessions, she really got me motivated to improve my coaching skills and mostly to follow my client and find ways to ask really powerful questions. At some point during my journey i felt that i am losing track as a result of overestimating my coaching skills at a certain point. Ivet’s help has been crucial to help me understand what is going on and how i can get back on track.
I have enjoyed all the sessions and interactions with Ivet as i could immediately see the value and the progress made in each and every one of them. Ivet did not only get me through the session coaching techniques but she also explained them thoroughly and practiced them with me and also gave me the boost to alternate them and create new techniques according to the needs of the client. She really loves coaching and helping people is natural to her.
