On this workshop we are going to discuss and find answers to the questions above using 3 types of study:
- As one of the most important qualities of the leaders is authenticity, we are going to use coaching methodology to help you find your own truth and to systematize it.
- As the other very important quality of the successful and loved leader is to be open to study from the people in their team, we are going to use “sharing thoughts and knowledge among people in the workshop” as another learning method.
- As to study from success stories is important, I will share with you the results of some international studies.
During the whole workshop, I will guide you to define your own personal details about what kind of leader you would like to be in order to be a successful leader based on the information you already have, your personal values and the new information you will receive on the workshop.
