Practicing self-love is important in business and life especially if we have to make a decision about some action that we have to take or what to do in particular situations in order to feel fulfilled and to have better results.
– How do you practice self-love in such moments?
Here are some tips from me. I appreciate it if you share your experience in the comments below.
For me practicing self-love when we have to make a decision means checking the possible actions through your priorities.
So, first, we need to be clear about what our priorities are.
I invite you to write down 5 of your priorities, for instance:
1. self-care
2. my family members
3. my business/work, etc.
Chose their place but self-care should always be in the first place.
Then every choice you have to make, weigh it through your priorities starting with the highest one, asking yourself:
1. Is that good for me?
2. Which other priority does it serve?
3. Which is the most urgent priority now?
4. What do I really want?
5. If I do this now/today how will it impact my other priorities?
And then make a decision whether to do this action or not.
Sometimes it is very difficult for us to do this exercise because of different reasons and the most common reason is that we may not love ourselves. Another reason could be that we are not very clear about how we rang our priorities. In both cases, I can help you with my coaching and healing tools.
